Am I in the 11th century?

February 24, 2022 is a date all of us who were in Ukraine on that day will always remember. Some of us are still here, others left, many left then came back and thousands are buried, frozen dead in fields, crushed or burned beyond recognition. When the enemy first came, they said it was to “denazify” and “demilitarize” Ukraine, then they changed it to taking back the Donestk and Luhansk regions which soon became an additional annexation of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions. Now the enemy is using the language of a crusade. They are coming here to kill and destroy all of us “infidels” who are Jews, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists and pretty much every other religion you can imagine. Somehow, we all collectively got together to start working for Satan in the form of NATO and the West. As we say in Jersey, these guys are “cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs!”

Yet, if you listen to the rhetoric, speeches and other communication coming from the Muscovites, you might actually think you are in the 11th century or thereabouts minus, of course the Internet, modern science, history, social media and that all important TikTok. Frigging Looney Tunes over here, eh? Of course, the Muscovites argument is not without some historical precedence if you follow the line of history for Orthodox Christianity in these parts which basically migrated from Jerusalem, was…
