Amazon has a self-publishing platform that you can probably try at first. It allows both e-book and print book formats. Unfortunately, the English speaking book market is very competitive and hard to break into. Best to self-publish your work first and then if you have success, seek a publisher or a literary agent. I am sure there are Ukrainian tech types who can help you with Amazon's system.
