Another great piece of American and especially African-American history. My college career started back at the University of D.C. I was the only "white boy" in the English literature class and the professor was this middle-aged hippie type white lady. So, here I sat reading Richard Wright, Toni Morrison and Zora Neale Hurston. Those authors changed my outlook on your history in our America. So when my wife from Belarus settled in, I bought her a copy of "Native Son" and it changed her outlook as a Slavic person who chose to become a US citizen. I miss the US from here in the Slavic world and especially the rainbow of skin colors, cultures and outlooks. Peace.
