As an expat who lives in Ukraine and has been here throughout the war, I can only say that your assessment of goods\services in Ukraine is TOTALLY wrong. There is no shortage of anything here so far and beyond normal inflation, no crazy rise in prices. There is also no shortage of veterinary services unless you are in the areas of the east. We should know since we lost our dog to cancer in March during the Battle of Kyiv and couldn't euthanize her. Ukraine is far from perfect and the Ukrainians know that and accept it. In fact, that's what we love about them. They embrace imperfection. Make me wonder why you moved to Hungary which is pretty much hostile to Ukraine and fast on its way to becoming authoritarian.. Is there an underlying motivation going on? Clearly, you choose to attempt to publicize inaccurate information allegedly from a firsthand experience.
