Been an anchovy lover all my life. In salads, in my homemade Caesar's and sometimes with olive oil, garlic and parm over pasta (and a dash of pesto or fresh basil). Also great as a base in many different sauces. You failed to mention they are very high in Omega-3's which is crucial for our brain health among other things. Mangia!
