Brother, I was worried about you as well. That's why I have tried to keep up with messaging. Here in the war, I don't go to the front like you do. But, here's what I can offer as to how my wife and I relieve our stress together-hamam\banya\sauna. We can't even imagine taking a real vacation while civilians\soldiers are dying on the frontlines but a 2 hour trip to the banya together does wonders. For psychological relief, a cigar and some Ukrainian cognac once a week. But, as always and throughout the war, regular attendance at church-confession-communion, spiritual reading and prayer for spiritual well-being. Physical relief comes from long walks, exercise and that thing that men-women do. We must treat our minds, bodies and spirits because many will be broken after they leave the front or elsewhere and we will be required to be strong for them. So, instead of thinking yourself selfish when doing whatever brings you relief, think that you are doing it for those who will need help afterwards and during the war. But, do develop some sort of routine that keeps you going. That's my two kopecks...
