Complete and total Disinformation. I am a US citizen on the ground in Ukraine and can attest that this is just twisted Russian propaganda. Either you are buying the Russian lies and just reiterating them or you are indirectly supporting them despite saying you are not. We see this tactic every day, every hour, every minute here in Ukraine. If you are going to write more of the same bunk, at least find an original angle that hasn't been vomited for the thousandth time. The truth will see you free or it will cage you.
