Excellent piece and we need more voices like yours from Eastern Europe so that the "Collective West" can really know and understand the imperialism of Muscovy. I visited Riga many years ago when visiting my wife's family in Belarus and loved your city. Now, we sit here in Kyiv throughout the war and ponder what Ukraine and Russia will look like when it is over. Take care.
