First, so the guy who writes the "Art of not giving..." actually cares what others think and then preaches to them? Seems like a paradox to begin with if you don't give a f@#k then why write a book about it? The art of not caring what people think is something, that develops with age I think or at least that is my own personal experience. But I digress as someone who went from being an addict in his 20's to being moderate from his late 30's on, um, you don't have to quit to find balance. At 58, I drink usually 1-2 nights a week on days off. Glass of wine (1) with dinner then finished off with a healthy glass of Ukrainian cognac and a cigar. Used to be a smoke, now it's 1-2 cigars a week. And this in an active war zone where many would excuse those who drink themselves to sleep every night. Take care!
