Frankly, I think the West is scared of the fragmentation because they haven't formulated a "plan" on how to deal with it. They like their comfortable lives, sipping Starbucks and bitching about the price of eggs. This war is a game-changer for us in Ukraine and the whole of Europe, the world. They better get on the train before it leaves the station.
