A cool morning walk in Kyiv
Coffee on the balcony with Natasha
Lighting candles in St. Volodymyr’s Cathedral
Father Bohdan’s smile when he greets me
Writing by hand in Slavonic style script
Drawing and illustrating my analog art
A cool breeze through the window
Realizing that online life is empty
When there are no air raids, missile strikes
Flowers blooming in the spring
Natasha’s soft voice talking to Philly
Something that only comes in small doses.
