Last time I was in Moscow, there was a huge population of what I can only call "girly-men". We certainly have those here in Kyiv but the number of able-bodied and don't mess with them types walking round here that have not been called up by UAF is quite substantial. Ukraine has a large population of fight-capable men and women that are not even deployed. Obviously, the UAF is not throwing cannon fodder so easily as they value their people's lives. The RF troops already in place here don't have proper cold-weather gear but the Ukrainians are getting it by the truckload. Watch for some brutal winter battles with freezing and hungry Russians.
