Logan. Thank you for this article. I have just moved from Florida to Ukraine (the breadbasket of Europe). The signs show that major ag-business is moving in here and getting ready to rape some of the richest soil in the world. I am just a layman, former FFA with a degree in economics. But, it seems with all the organic matter that naturally exists in the steppes here needs to be protected and managed. How that gets done, I don't know.
