Look, until we in Ukraine are given the capacity to take out those long-range bombers as well as naval forces armed with kalibers based in the Black Sea, this war could continue. Or at least the attacks on civilians most likely will continue. That's our reality here. Nothing being planned or sent can accomplish either of those tasks.
