We are suffering here in Ukraine but most of us are Eastern Orthodox which teaches us that suffering is cleansing. Our collective suffering is also making us stronger and as that strength gathers it gives birth to increasing amounts of hope. We are just a short time away from a full year at war here and know we must feel more pain and suffering, yet we go on. That's power in faith and belief in our neighbors, soldiers and clergy.
