Personally, I think this is being developed for the internal Russian audience. If the Kremlin can make it APPEAR that the Poles (sans NATO) are in the fight, then when they lose to Ukraine, they stay in power. Oh well, the "Little Russians" did not defeat us but the entire decadent West did via the evil Poles. It's classic posturing for these dolbayubs.
