Sitting here in ancient Kyiv and feel closer to God than I ever felt in the US. Maybe it's life in the war zone but I suspect it's because of the richness, depth, mysticism, discipline and tradition of Orthodox Christianity. BTW, we have a Ukrainian veterans group that is trying to get your book translated as we think it might help some deal with PTSD and spiritual issues after they finish their service.
