The Beatitudes are sung in every Divine Liturgy in the Orthodox churches. The "prayer of the heart" also called the Jesus Prayer is practiced by millions. There is still hope for humanity. Christianity has been diluted and watered down through the centuries but it still exists as close to its original form in many churches and monasteries.
