The numbers we are getting here in Ukraine and from contacts in Georgia and elsewhere is that somewhere on the scale of 250,000 Russian men have left the country for Finland, Georgia, Mongolia, Turkey and other points. How accurate this is, we don't know but scale that against the mobilization of an alleged 300,000.
