The original hippie saying was "Make love, not war" and came out of the anti-Vietnam War movement. Even then, it didn't male sense because Americans have no idea what it's like to be attacked on their home turf (with the exception of Pearl Harbor in 1941). Slogans like this are for the weak, action speaks louder than words. I wish all these people would come stay in Ukraine not far from the front and get a taste for what it's really like. The further I go into this war as a non-combatant, the closer I come to Ukrainians and the further I get from those living comfortable lives outside this land watching the war from their cushy existence. They certainly could learn something about true creativity of they came here. Hope you get to see your mom in the Chernivtsi region soon. My wife (Natasha) and I are so happy to be back in our beloved Kyiv now. Stay safe and yes, we will win and victory will come as soon as the West gets us the weapons we need.
