Um, we are most certainly not short of men\women willing to fight here in Ukraine. I walk by them on the street everyday. It's just that Ukraine has been wiser in its use of Human Resources in that Ukrainians value life while a majority of those in Russia do not. Yes, without the help of the West, this would have been over already but won't speculate as that is dangerous when you actually live in the war zone. But we have plenty willing and able people who will fight is necessary and we are training thousands outside of Ukraine who are mostly volunteers, not conscripts. That's the difference. Sure, we have those in Ukraine who fear mobilization but the majority are willing based on being here on the ground with them.
