We are working on that on many fronts. Worried most about the elderly who are stuck in their flats without heat and food. Many initiatives underway but I fear a humanitarian disaster in some areas when it gets really cold. The troops will get their MRE's and warm weather gear without much ado. Everyone else we need to take care of. Take care.
