Well, as a first year Gen X (1965), I definitely identify to some extent. Sitting here in the Ukraine War has changed my general outlook on Gen Z and Millenials (at least Ukrainian ones). They are certainly a hell of a lot more resilient, strong and forthright than the soft American ones. Hate for me is too strong a word, but severe extreme dislike sorta fits. I do know that when I look at what I would like, it's a small quiet place in nature with no neighbors close by but not completely far removed. But I am speaking from a war zone so my outlook may be skewed a bit. And, funny enough, all the bands I pretty much listen to are Boomers. Where the hell is the legacy music of the new generations? Gone in a flash, just like their attention spans.
