Well, Governor, I am sitting here in Kyiv and despite the war, I doubt very few would say things were better 50 years ago here in Ukraine. This place is so full of life, creativity, hope and resilience. Forward movement is our only choice. Plus, who the hell in their right mind would want Brezhnev again?
