Yea, it's just another racket in my book for someone to sell something you don't really need. Personally, I prefer being a "dude" (which well, can be applied to more than one gender at times). So maybe I should start my own self-help racket and call it "Dudalinity: The Lost Art" and the mandatory curriculum? "The Big Lebowski".
