Yes, I am in agreement with all you have said here. The one thing you left out is those who talk and do nothing; those who listen and do nothing; those who listen, talk and do nothing and the ones that matter, those who act. I get fed up with all this talk frankly and am constantly having to weed out those who don't act. It gets very frustrating at times.
