Yesterday, we met with our friend who is in her 40's on her first ever visit to Kyiv. She has been volunteering doing art therapy in the East for a long time and is from Dnipropetrovsk. Her family has been given briefings on how to react when the ZNPP Is blown up (not if). We are told that Kyiv will not be affected unless the wind blows really hard. Meanwhile, everyone outside Ukraine sits waiting for it to happen so they can "possibly" react after the fact. And what do we think? Well, we expect about the same response as they gave after the Dam was blown. It's hard not get pissed off at the world, isn't it?
